The day you left and gained your wings, our hearts broke in two. We wish you could have stayed with us, but heaven needed you. You left us with funny special memories. We love you dearly, no matter how much time goes by and we always will. You were a special person with kindness in your heart. The love we shared together as a family, as an uncle, as a father and friend, only grows now that we are apart. I know I cant bring you back, although I wish I could everyday. A piece of us went with you the day you went away. God saw you getting tired. With tearful eyes. Of all the many blessings, however great or small to have had you as an uncle was the greatest one of all. The family chain is now broke, nothing seems the same without you. But as God takes us one by one the chain will link again. Our lives may go on without you but nothing will be the same. We remember not that you have passed on but that you lived.
