While living in Moses Lake, Greg had many jobs as a young adult including working as a truck driver, janitor, waste collector, factory worker and others. Greg moved to Kent, Washington, and he attended Green River Community College where he received an Associate Degree. His studies in Drafting led to an amazing 33-year career at The Boeing Company. He started as a Drafter, worked in Safety and as a Construction Manager. He was well liked by his colleagues and was an incredible mentor to many. Greg was very proud of his career at The Boeing Company and made many friends throughout his time spent there.
Greg was a kind, loving, intelligent and compassionate man. He was an amazing husband and stepfather. He loved his family and friends dearly. He was very sports oriented and loved the outdoors. He was an avid golfer and in his younger years he took lessons with his father and learned to fly, he snowed skied, water skied, wind surfed, played volleyball on city leagues and also joined the Boeing Bowling League, where he bowled a perfect game! Greg was also an amazing cook. He so enjoyed cooking for family and friends. His meals were delicious. He was a natural and didn’t necessarily have to follow any recipe.
