Lilian Grace Dela Rosa

Lilian Grace Dela Rosa, age 66, passed away peacefully on August 9, 2025, in Puyallup, Washington.

Born on January 20, 1959, in Quezon City, Philippines, Lilian built a life marked by dedication, warmth, and quiet strength. She brought these qualities with her when she immigrated to the United States, where she would go on to touch many lives both personally and professionally.

For 27 years, Lilian worked as a Referral Coordinator for MultiCare Health System. Her strong work ethic and meticulous nature made her a valued colleague and an essential part of the team. Her commitment to excellence and her organized approach were hallmarks of her career.

At home, Lilian was a devoted wife to her husband Francisco and a loving mother to her daughters, Alyssa and Breanna. She was known for being thoughtful and nurturing—a best friend not only to her family but also to those fortunate enough to know her well.

Lilian found joy in simple pleasures. She loved gardening, often tending to her plants with care and patience. Cooking was another passion; she delighted in preparing Filipino cuisine that brought people together around the table. Scrapbooking allowed her to preserve cherished memories with creativity and heart. She also enjoyed road trips, embracing the open road with curiosity and a sense of adventure.

She is survived by her husband Francisco; daughters Alyssa and Breanna; eldest sister Ellen Rivera; brothers Boyet Orozco, William Orozco, and Gilbert Orozco—all residing in the Philippines.

Lilian was preceded in death by her grandparents, Agustin Jasmin and Marta Jasmin. She was also preceded in death by Flor Jasmin, Nanding Jasmin, Conrado Jasmin, Ver Jasmin, Felino Jasmin, and Zenaida Jasmin. And lastly, Lilian was preceded in death by her parents, Iluminada Jasmin Orozco and Anatolio Orozco.
