Lloyd Neal Rice

LTC Lloyd Neal Rice was born on December 5th, 1952 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to LTC Ovral and Erma Rice. He was raised around the world with a dad in the Air Force. He followed in his father’s footsteps in joining the military by joining ROTC and getting his Bachelors in History from Eastern Washington University. After graduation, he was commissioned into the Army then joined the National Guard where he served for 28 years. Lloyd is survived by his Wife of 44 years Barbara Rice (Suthard), Daughter Emily Nugen, Son-in-law Roman Nugen, and Grandsons Rhett Allan Lloyd Nugen, and coming soon Finnick Mikel Andrew Nugen. Also, survived by his sisters Carol Miskil and Jan Eversol, and many nieces and nephews. Lloyd loved his family and the Lord with all his heart. We are blessed to know he is with the Lord now.
