On Wednesday March 22, 2023 Raean deBoer passed away at the age of 74. She was born September 28, 1948 in Olympia WA to Ray and Zelda Reichel.
Raean is survived by her daughter Tonya Norman-Shelstad, son Travis Norman and brother Cliff (Betty) Reichel.
She was preceded in death by her husband Luke deBoer, grandson Joshua Shelstad and her parents Ray and Zelda Reichel.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking those who are able to instead, make a donation to Franke Tobey Jones.
