Teri Lynn Angell-Thacker

Teri L. Angell-Thacker, age 68 of Puyallup, WA passed away at the Ranier Rehabilitation of Puyallup Thursday March 5, 2026 with her husband William R Thacker by her side. Teri was born in Cedar Rapids, IA on March 11, 1957. She was the daughter of the late Clem and Mary Jo Mundel. Teri graduated with honors from Saint Martin's University in 2000 with honors. Previously she had also graduated from Maryland University. Teri was a devoted Christian and is survived by her husband William R. Thacker, step sons William Jr and Brian Thacker, daughter in-law Ty Thacker, 5 grandchildren, and her sister Lisa Blake.

Teri loved country music, Christian music, and traveling. She played the clarinet in the marching band at John F Kennedy High in Cedar Rapids, IA, in the 1970s. Teri was a sweet and loving person who was a loving wife and an inspiration to her husband. Teri and William met in Bamberg, Germany 29 years ago. While in Germany she did volunteer work for the Red Cross and volunteer work at the Army Staff Judge Advocate as a claim officer. She was a dedicated wife and the world lost a special lady. Rest in peace my lovely wife. I will always treasure our memories and love.
