Wyoma Marion Sande

Wyoma Sande, our much-loved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother to her family, passed away peacefully on Oct. 27, 2021 at the Washington Soldiers Home Skilled Nursing in Orting, WA.

Wyoma had just celebrated her 100th Birthday on Oct. 9, 2021 surrounded by her loving family which she so enjoyed being with.

At an early age Wyoma traveled to WA from Minnesota with her parents, Marjorie and Everett Peterson.  In time she was joined by her brother Ralph and then sister Katy. She was in the class of ‘39 at Puyallup High School.  She was a Navy Wave while her husband served on a Naval ship in WWII.

Wyoma loved her family and time spent with them all. She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel Sande, and the much-loved Mother of daughters Daniele and Daphne, the loving Grandmother of Karry, Nathan and Katie, and the proud Great Grandmother to Ziggy, Jordyn and Austin.  She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends.
