1926 - 2020

The family of Aldine Poleskie, a long time resident of Fife, are sad to announce her passing on October 12, 2020 at The Cottages at Edgewood where she resided for the past three years.

Born in Taylor, Washington, December 12,1926 to John and Domenica Bulgarelli.

She was predeceased by her parents, sister Elsie, brothers Angelo and Paul and most recently (April 2020) her beloved husband of 73 years, Frank.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children:  daughter Sharon (Morley) Morgan,son Randy (Jill) Poleskie. Grandchildren Janelle (Brad) Emery, Greg (Jillian Watson) Morgan, Kevin Poleskie, Amy (John) Pepper and six great-grandchildren.

She dearly loved her family and especially enjoyed her grandchildren’s sporting events, musical performances and celebrating their accomplishments.

Aldine worked at Nalley’s for 35 years.  During her years at Nalley’s she enjoyed many fun-filled getaways with her gal pals.  After retirement she and Frank enjoyed many trips, cruises and bus tours.  She was young at heart, fun loving with the most amazing smile that lit up any room.

She was an enthusiastic and boisterous fan of her Seattle sports teams, especially the Seattle Supersonics (in their day) and the Seattle Mariners.

The family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to the caregivers of Cottage A at The Cottages at Edgewood for the diligent and loving care provided to our mother.

There will be a private family service at a later date.

You were so loved mom, rest in peace.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
