Courtney Marie Severson

Courtney Marie Severson was 27 when she unexpectedly passed from this world on May 23, 2022. She was born on April 10,1995, in Tacoma, Washington, and grew up in Puyallup. During her short life, she served as a sweet, funny, intelligent, beautiful beacon of light to her friends and family. She was fiercely loyal and compassionate-to be loved by Courtney was a gift. She was a wonderful mother with a heart of gold and a soul beyond her years. We see Courtney's spirit behind her daughter Joslyn's eyes and in her infectious smile. May she watch over us and know how much she was loved.

Courtney is survived by her daughter Joslyn; parents Kathryn Yarnell-Gooden and Brad Severson, brother Connor Porter; grandparents Carolyn Yarnell and Ron and Lori Severson; aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. And preceded by her grandpa Kenneth Yarnell.

Funeral Services will be held on June I0th at Powers Funeral Home 320 W Pioneer Ave, Puyallup WA. 98371 at 12:00pm. All who knew Courtney are welcomed to attend.
