Mike (Michael) Robert Dauer

Michael Robert Dauer was born February 9,1945 to Max and Mary Dauer in Santa Rosa, California.  He passed peacefully in his sleep on August 30, 2021.  He is survived by his wife of 34 years Leila, children Holly Rosado (Carlos), Jacquie Gabbamonte, step children Deanna Overman, Eric Overman (Hanna) and sister Connie Lowery (Larry), eleven grandchildren, seven Great grandchildren and one Great Great grandchild.

Mike moved to Tacoma from New York with his parents when he was 10 or 11 years old.  He graduated from Wilson High School.  He was an avid musician playing many instruments.  He played with many well known musicians and groups around town from high school throughout his adult life.

Mike was a long time member of Christ Community Baptist Church in Puyallup where a memorial service will be held October 2, 2021 at 11:AM.
