Susan Ann Sundstrom

Susan Ann (Schenck) Sundstrom ,77, passed away peacefully on July 26th, 2022 with loved ones by her side.  She was the daughter of Otto Schenck and Dorothy (Fyalka) Schenck. Born in Tacoma Washington on December 16th 1944.  Sue graduated from Lincoln High School class of 1962.  On July 30th, 1965 she married her high school sweetheart, Creig Sundstrom whom she spent 55 years with.

Sue was a very proud wife, mother, grandparent, and friend to many.  She built her own successful salon/spa business.  She was hardworking, driven and never gave up on what she wanted. She had a passion for gardening, entertaining, travel, sports and shopping, with a taste for the “finer things in life”.  Sue was a woman of faith & commitment, with a heart of gold.

Sue is survived by her daughter, Kim Sundstom of Auburn, Steve Sundstrom (Sarah) of Snohomish, Michelle Sundstrom Remer (Darren) of Bellevue.  She had four grandchildren, Malena Sundstrom, and Derek Sundstrom of Snohomish and Olivia Remer and Violet Remer of Bellevue.  She is also survived by her brother Otto Jr. Schenck (Julie) of Graham. Nothing gave Sue more pleasure than having a devoted family and watching her grandchildren grow up.  She will be laid to rest at Tahoma Cemetery.
